SIMULATION IN PROBLEMS OF RELIABILITY ESTIMATION OF FAIL-SAFE ELECTRONIC INSTUMENTATION

Enterprises of domestic radio industry engaged in development and production of electronic instrumentation (EI) for space vehicles (SV), face problems of insuring reliability and, first of all, problems of non-failure operation. Failures at carrying out of EI acceptance tests and accidents at SV operation are real evidence of mentioned problems. One of the reasons of such a situation is application of out-of-date and inaccurate methods of EI and SV reliability estimation at design stage where the reliability is embedded which will be realized during production and supported at operation stage.
On the other hand, use of the "lower" estimates of parameters of non-failure operation can lead to decrease of EI and SV competitiveness as in this case for reliability increase various additional ways unreasonably used that lead to deterioration of economic, mass-dimensional and other indices. Therefore increase of reliability estimation accuracy of EI and SV with long terms of active existence is pressing problem. In particular, this is an urgent problem for EI in which redundancy and reconfiguration are used for reliability insuring.

ON THE ISSUE OF RELIABILITY CALCULATION FOR REDUNDANT STRUCTURES IN VIEW OF AGEING ELEMENTS

This paper considers the problem of reliability indices calculation of redundancy structures in view of ageing elements. Practice of objects’ operation at the modern industrial enterprises consists in the fact that both basic elements, and spare elements are subject to ageing during their functioning. The failed items are subjects to restoration and after repair they replenish the stock of spare elements. Thus it is necessary to take into account, that during repair there is, as a rule, a partial restoration of functionality. An item consumes a part of life time during the previous operation, and during repair full restoration cannot be achieved. The problem of structure definition of spare products in view of partial restoration of redundant elements and consuming a certain part of their life time is solved by simulation method.
Keywords: safety, reliability, spares products and devices, redundancy, geometrical process, a life time, transition graph, incomplete restoration.

ESTIMATION OF RELIABILITY FOR A MODEL OF ACCELERATED TESTING UNDER VARIABLE LOAD

We consider two related problems:
1. Based on the known characteristics of reliability in conditions of constant load, to find these characteristics in the case of arbitrary piecewise continuous functions of the load.
2. The inverse problem consists in the fact that on the basis of accelerated testing of the system under variable monotonically increasing load to estimate reliability of the system at a constant loads, including those for small loads corresponding to normal modes.
Keywords: reliability, variable mode, the function of variable load, failure rate, the function of the resource, accelerated testing.

FINDING EFFICIENT ESTIMATE OF MEAN TIME BETWEEN FAILURES

Reliability of systems with multi-functional piezoelectric modules depends on the automatic control over these modules, and piezoelectric scanners, as well as on the reliability of piezoelectric modules themselves, which implement the conversion of electrical energy into mechanical one.
Keywords: scanning probe microscopy, multifunctional piezoelectric module, reliability of piezoelectric scanner, reliability probability, relative inaccuracy.

CONCEPTS OF THE INCOMING INSPECTION OF MATERIALS AND THE COMPONENTS ACTING IN MANUFACTURE

Strategy of the incoming inspection of components proposed according as a level of deficiency of parties in view of expenses for elimination of consequences of hit of defective components in finished goods is offered. Cost characteristics of the continuous, selective and uncontrolled incoming inspection of materials and components acting in manufacture are considered.

RELIABILITY POLLUTANT OF DISPERSION WITH DISTANCE FROM A SINGLE SOURCE OF CONTAMINATION

Dispersion of pollutants away from the source of contamination. It is proposed a method for predicting atmospheric pollution emissions of the various production and operation. There are a number of mathematical models of the spread of harmful impurities. Model selection depends on many factors. Model calculations determined by the purpose and, in turn, determines the approach to the decision. The article deals with only two models. The main provisions of a general nature.
Keywords: source pollution model, the concentration of the atmosphere, random, recovery, pollution intensity.
