THE MIGRATORY PHENOMENA IN COMPOSIT DIALECTRICS OF LOW-CURRENT ELECTRONICS
Features of work insulation designs of modern and perspective electronic means are diminutiveness of insulation elements, not allowing to create safety factors of isolation. The low level of working voltage has radically changed the mechanism of refusals of isolation and corresponding factors of maintenance of reliability. If before the basic form of refusal of isolation were the thermal form of electric breakdown for the modern low-current electronic equipment, including avionics, the electrochemical processes of refusals accompanying with migratory processes of demantion of channels of conductivity along layers composite dielectric are characteristic. In article the model of refusals of isolation of the multilayered printed-circuit-boards constructed from composite dielectric is submitted.

CERTAIN FUNCTIONAL FAULT TOLERANCE CRITERIA OF THE MFM-SYSTEMS.
The systems composed of multifunctional modules (MFM-systems) where functional faults arise are considered. Different forms of the functional fault tolerance are defined. The assertions of the existence of absolutely and conditionally stable random states of MFM-systems that identify functional fault tolerance criteria are stated and proved.

DEVELOPMENT OF SOFTWARE CERTIFICATION TEST TECHNOLOGY ACCORDING TO SAFETY REQUIREMENTS OF INFORMATION
In this paper the list of checks carried out at certification test of software on conformity to safety requirements of information is supplement with requirements to development, architecture, coding standards, and testing, dynamic tests. For each group of the indicated requirements tables containing techniques/measures are given and the description is done on how the software should be created according to the given group of requirements.
